No, these are not going to last as long as a name brand blade for 3x the cost. But they last about 80% as long and I own a wood shop. You can resharpen them 2 more times if you create an angled jig. Very cost effective blade for a working shop. We send these blades through hell and back and they do the job.

I have a DeWalt 13 inch thickness planer. Normally I would buy DeWalt blades but thought I’d give these a try. Priced much lower than DeWalt blades. They get the job done but seem to be not as hardened as a DeWalt blades.

Great budget option to replace dull oem blades. Installation was easy and quick and they cut great. The blades are sharp and fly through planks. They have held up well after running roughly 350+ boards through.

Love these blades! Perfect fit for my DeWalt planer. They are sharp, great quality and also some with a light coat of oil to protect against that. Very nice company, I use this company for all of my blades now, including saw blades

When I first took these out of the plastic storage container it came in - and realized the didn't pass the can-it-shave-off-the-hair-on-your-forearm test - I thought I should just put it back in the box and return it to Amazon. However, the blades that were installed on the Planer was toast and HAD to be replaced, and getting OEM blades from Amazon meant waiting another 3 days - I figured I'd give these blades a shot! And Boy-o-Boy ... Was I surprised !!! It shred through board-after-board of Paduk, Walnut, Purple-Heart, Red-Oak, White-Oak, Hard-Maple, Cherry without any issues whatsoever. I've only used it for a couple of days now, and I can't say how good it's going to be a month from now. But, given that it's 1/2 the price of Dewalt's OEM blades - I'd be perfectly happy if it lasts ATLEAST HALF as long as my OEM Dewalt OEM blades! Will definitely be buying more of these!

Very sharp. Fit perfectly. Easy to install. Blade edge last pretty long time. Very clean smooth cuts on my slow or fast settings in my planer

at first these didnt work worth a damn but it had good reviews so i wondered why. upon looking further, there were TWO sets of blades doubled up on thew cutter, from the factory, and i mistakenly just took off the top blade on each side and put these on there, hence my initial reaction that these didnt work. Well, after removing both blades and putting on a fresh set of these, it worked perfectly.

Not any good for hard wood. Not even close to the original blade. Will not be buying again.

These are amazing! Easy to install and sharp as can be! Much better price than name brand. They fit perfectly.
