First one didn't stay inflated
So I originally gave 1 star because it didn't stay inflated more than one day. The company reached out to me and replaced it and it has now stayed inflated for over a week. so, customer service was great. original review: I bought this 3 years ago and it stayed inflated the whole summer. This one loses it's air within hours. Unfortunately I will have to return it.

I purchased this item too early.......as a gift. So no warranty
Item purchased as a gift, when it was opened and used for the first time.....it did not hold air. But unfortunately by the time it was used for the first time it was past the time time allotted for return. Very disappointing....as it was quite expense to never be able to use.
