This cream takes quite a while to work, but it does lighten the spots on your hands and arms. I went through about a jar and a half before I could see a noticeable difference. If you do have very dark spots, it will slightly lighten them after about a month and a half but that’s as good as it gets. I have found this to be better than other creams that I have purchased. I did not have any sensitivity with my skin and it actually left my skin slightly softer. If you are willing to wait quite a while for results then I recommend this product.

It recommends you use a small part first before using on other areas on skin. Use on spots not for use on healthy skin. Use it to make uneven colors on skin more natural looking, remove freckles and dark spots. I have some on my legs i want to remove and it works great I had one on my arm and after a few days the spot was gone. My fiancee wants to use it to remove a few freckles but i think her face is perfect as it is. I feel a mild heat when i use the product no rash or irritations. I am very happy with the Product though there is so much of it for the little i need. I think it is a Great Product.

This product does not hurt your skin and does work but it is a slow process.

This worked for me a tiny bit. I saw a Dermatologist yesterday for my age spots. She told me the best stuff to use was Cider Vinegar on my age spots, which are Seborrheic Keratosis, and not anything bad. I highly recommend what she said to do and that's what I'm going to do now. I'll swab it on the areas at bedtime and see what happens.

It will lighten dark spots but need consistant use. But not make dark spots disappear!
