Shipping to Canada took a bit longer than expected but honestly it was worth the wait. Chair was easy to assemble and it's the perfect size, but most of all IT'S SO COMFORTABLE. Like it honestly has no business being as comfy as it is—10/10 recommend

This review is for the DUMOS Armless Office Desk Chair, Small Height Adjustable Computer Task Chair with Low Back. People said the cushion wasn't very soft, but for my "fluffy" size, I find it firm and supportive; my derriere is not sitting through the cushion to metal. Other companies should take note of the cushion construction. I can sometimes get busy on my computer and sit for hours at a time, and this chair can hold up to that. It has a small footprint for a small area, which is just what I wanted. Height adjustable. This is the 4th chair I've had in this space, and my favorite. (1st chair would no longer stay in the risen position, making it too low. 2nd chair was too large for the space. 3rd chair had a barely there cushion, and after a few months, my back started complaining.) Manufacturer included necessary tools and even more screws than needed. So easy to assemble, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. It looks very nice, and I'm overall very pleased. I expect with the quality of this chair, it will be my last chair purchase for quite some time. Highly Recommend. Just note, if you're on the tall side, or heavier than 200 lbs, it may not be as perfect for you. If you like to recline, it would be the wrong pick. I can lean back, for brief periods, but I'm not leaning back to watch TV in it. I much prefer to keep my back straight.

I purchased the black one last year for my art room. I received a white one for Christmas. They are perfect for my use. However, keep in mind the WHITE one is really CREAM.

The chair offers excellent back support and a generously sized seat that enhances overall comfort. Both the backrest and seat are well‑cushioned, making it easy to sit for extended periods without discomfort. It feels sturdy, looks beautiful, and truly exceeded my expectations—especially at this price point. Outstanding quality.
