Good quality hall tree piece
This turned out so nice in our entryway. It’s heavy and sturdy.

IKEA like product at good price
Super cost effective but I added wall support to make sure it doesn’t fall

Easy but time consuming to put together.
Good quality. Takes a lot of time to put together, however the instructions are clear.

Great customer service and product. LOVE
FedEx destroyed the box which means there were several broken pieces. The company was quick with getting back to us and sending a replacement. The product was easy to follow instructions and once secured to the wall is stable. It looks amazing in our space.

Pretty, but not worth it
Cons: This product is very poorly made, has terrible instructions and is very fragile, both during construction and after. It weighs close to 200 lbs. so it’s hard to maneuver and use while trying to keep it from breaking.Pros: The first one we received was severely damaged in transit, and the company was amazing in replacing it without a return (we sent pictures of the damage).

make sure to screw in “A” screw - good product
large enough to fit our 3 kids “mud room”stuff. All pieces were there, nothing was missing. Seems sturdy. Make sure to screw in “A” hardware; halfway through putting it together we realized we were not screwing “A” in and had to go back to the first step to correct it. Took about 2 hours, 2 people in total.
