Q: what if another healthy pet eats it

Hello there, It will not be harmful for your other cat. To prevent your healthy cat from consuming your other cats treatment you may wish to add the drops to a smaller amount of food or even administer to mouth with a separate syringe. This way you can ensure your sick kitty is getting their daily recommended dose. There are a few cautions I would like you to be aware of: Absorption of drugs taken at the same time may be delayed. My cat has been on it for over 3 years. I don’t recall him sleeping more when he first started on it. Maybe try one drop less?

This is from the description written on this page: "What is Lung Gold used for? Lung Gold is a useful support when there is inflammation in the lower, branching bronchi and bronchioles. Different forms of feline lung disease can cause a productive, phlegmy cough, shortness of breath, difficulty with exercise, and/or wheezing. One of the most frequent uses of Lung Gold is to support felines with pneumonia. Whether the cause of your cat’s lung issues are allergic or parasitic, Lung Gold can provide added immune support in the lungs and help maintain normal dilation of the airways." It does mention immune support help, but I didn't find leukemia in the description.

Q: Is there a way to dilute this or disguise the bitter taste? My cat hates it.

Mix it with laxatone!! I've found it disguises the taste really well. I use the constipation drops for my cat (rom the same company) and will serve him it on small dish. Just make sure you mix really well.
