It was great when it first arrived, then within a few months (6-7) it stopped working properly. Went back to the older Roborock S7. If you're planning to upgrade from previous I wouldn't suggest doing so. If buying new, I think S7 is a better product than this (with a bit less bells & whistles).If budget allowing, for any robot vacuum I'd definitely get one with auto water top-up, auto dustbin emptying, and auto wash (in that order). I almost doubles the price in any brand but quadruples performance. Very hard to be disciplined enough to do all these maintenances once every 1-2 days.

After first use, the cliff sensors error is always coming up so the roborock is literraly unusable!..so disapointing. Give me technical support.

Very good in vacuuming but the reliability is poor. I had couple of issues in less than a year (dustbin sensor suddenly error, and the dustbin quality is very vulnerable)
