It worked fine for a while, then it's performance began to lower, then it started some crazy moves and fail to dock or charge because of the quality of the manufacturing. The charge pins got scratched and scratched the corresponding spot on the robot so it doesn't dock properly. Adding to this the mother company refused to deal with their issue on their own device. But Amazon are great! They handled everything.

not clear when to clean it, map difficult to adjust, not really powerful - however i contacted the supplier/ brand and they processed a partial refund due to my limited satisfaction about the product So, great service I must admit

Very bad product

Mostly Works well with Few constraints like 1. The robot doesn’t push the curtains and cleans the floor behind them , 2. all obstacles has to be moved for effective performance, 3. The accessories are not available individually and unnecessarily bundled

Waste of money, after many tries I can say the product is not ready to be sold to people, the maps are all wrong, cant go higher than 1 cm max, and the good news you need to by extra bags for it. Worst product

سهلة الاستخدام و دعم اللغه العربية جيد

البائع و المكنسة من أسوأ ما يكون ، بعد شهر و نصف من الاستخدام البسيط لم تعد المكنسة قادرة على الملاحه و لا تعلم اين تذهب و لا تتذكر كيف تعود الى محطة الشحن ، حينما احملها بنفسي الى المحطة لا تشحن . تواصلت مع الشركة الأم في بريطانيا بعد محاولاتي للوصول للبائع في السعودية، اعطوني عدة خطوات للإصلاح و لكنها لم تنجح و قالو عليك بالتواصل مع الوكيل في السعودية و لم اجد اي تجاوب منهم ، الآن هي متعطلة منذ شهر و متروكة و لم يتجاوب معي ، سيئين جدا هم و مكنستهم

انصح فيها

لا ينصح بشراء الوضح كل منتجات الشركة تعاني من اكثر من خلل تقني كلها لم تحل من .
