Simple installer tool in included. It works great, and so do the new pen tips.

There was a tip pre jammed in, I tried taking it out but it wouldn't budge. Also tried adding a new tip(because maybe it wasn't defective) but it definitely was.You could tell it was a tip that got jammed in beyond fixing.I'm really sad because I wanted this pen to work, but alas if I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed and I will be returning it
