トレーニング用としては厚みも十分で、薄すぎて体が痛くなることもなく快適に使えています。膝をついてもクッション性がしっかりあるので、使い勝手はいいね。ただ、開封した時からかなり独特な匂いがするのが気になります。なんていうか、イカのあたりめみたいな匂いがする。顔を近づけて使う時に結構鼻に付くので、そこは正直きつかった。付属のストラップでまとめやすいし、マット自体の質は悪くないだけに、この匂いだけは早く消えてほしい。コスパ自体はかなり良いので、匂いに敏感な人でなければ十分満足できるマットだと思います。

The thickness of the mat is perfect! I bought it so that I can do Pilates while watching Pilates YouTube videos at home without hurting my knees. It’s not a big deal but perhaps because of the way the mat was packaged, there is slight damage in 2 different areas on the mat when I received it. Otherwise I love it! I also like how it came with a stretchable strap.

大変厚手で身体に負担をかけることなくヨガが出来ます。厚みのあるものは高いので、大変助かりました。かさばるので持ち運びは少し大変になりましたが、それでも買って良かったです。

毎日YouTubeの動画を見ながら、自宅で筋トレやストレッチをするのが日課になっています。以前使っていた薄手のマットでは、膝立ちのポーズやプランクをするたびに床の硬さが響いて痛かったのですが、このマットはクッション性が非常に高く、膝立ちをしても全く痛くありません。骨が床に当たるストレスがなくなったおかげで、トレーニングにしっかり集中できるようになりました。 また、素材自体がかなりタフでしっかりとした作りのため、毎日ガシガシ使っていますがへたったり削れたりする様子がなく、耐久性もかなりありそうです。 これだけ優秀なら長く愛用できそうですし、宅トレ用に買って本当に正解でした。これからも毎日使い倒します！

This is a really nice, thick yoga mat-substantial cushioning that makes a big difference. I actually use it in my kitchen as a standing mat while cooking, and it’s fantastic for that. My feet and back thank me after long sessions at the counter. The only downside: If you drop anything (crumbs, sauce, oil, whatever), good luck. The textured surface has all these little crevices that trap everything, and cleaning it is a serious pain in the ass. It’s basically impossible to get fully clean without a lot of effort. Great mat for yoga or comfortable standing if you’re careful and don’t mind the cleaning hassle. Would still recommend, just know what you’re getting into! 👍

On ne sent pas la dureté du sol, ce qui rend les séances beaucoup plus agréables. La couleur noire est sobre et élégante, exactement ce que je recherchais. J’apprécie aussi l’élastique et la anse qui permettent de le maintenir bien enroulé et de le transporter facilement. C’est un produit pratique, confortable et de bonne qualité. Je recommande !
