What initially sold me was the rowing bench attachment, which has become an essential part of my warm-up routine. While it does require additional space, the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience.I strongly recommend purchasing the package that includes the adjustable bench, as it significantly enhances the Gym Monster's functionality. If you're looking for a comprehensive full-body workout experience, the rowing bench upgrade is definitely worth the investment.There are only two minor drawbacks worth mentioning: the machine emits a faint humming sound when in standby mode (easily resolved by using the power switch), and the rowing workout program requires a few too many clicks to initiate. These are minor inconveniences compared to the overall quality of the product.The customer service experience was exceptional—delivery arrived ahead of schedule, and the team went above and beyond by carrying the unit to my second-floor location and unpacking it for me. タイトルの通りです！自宅にいろんな機材を入れてジムにする計画がありましたが、おかげさまでこれ1台で完了しました！日本語が若干不自然なのと、アクセサリー変更の際にケーブルが若干重いのが、気になる点ですが、それを差し引いてもコレはとても良いものだと思います！あとは、壊れないかどうかですね！何かあれば追記します！

1DKのアパートでホームジムを作ろうと思うと、寝室からベッドを居間に移動して、重量分散のため合板敷いて、防音のためゴムマット敷いてといった下準備から始めないといけないけど、gym monsterならベッド横にそのまま置いて使える上に、重量の交換も指一本で操作できるので能率もいい。重量設定もしてくれて、メニューも選び放題。すごく満足してます。

週に2回から3回ぐらい使い、3ヶ月ぐらい使用して、重さの設定が出来なくなりました。アフターサービスに連絡しても返信がありません。筋トレするには良い商品だと思いますが、故障した後のアフターサービスは信用がありません。 連絡がきて対応してくれたら、また追記で報告します。
