Can’t beat it for the price
Been shooting with a knockoff Predator since 2022 and figured it was time for an upgrade. My buddy has the SVB Gen 1 and as much as I love it, I don’t have the money to spend one a carbon fiber shafted stick of that quality. I did some research on lower end sticks with a carbon fiber shaft and figured I’d give this a shot. The shaft itself is very straight, and both the shaft and butt feel great to use. A little lighter than I like to use but I plan on buying the weight bolts in the future. The extension is NOT carbon fiber as stated in the description (actually a piece of hollow aluminum) but it gets the job done like any other extension would. I’ve put about 10 hours into the stick so far and I absolutely love it and can’t beat it for the price point. The tip included is solid and don’t feel the need to replace it in the near future (not sure exactly what kind of tip but it feels like a medium). I highly recommend this stick for beginners or intermediate players looking to buy a entry level carbon fiber shafted stick.

Good value
Nice cue for the money. I was looking for an inexpensive carbon fiber cue to try out and this one fit the bill. I ordered the additional weight bolts with it to adjust the weight. Note that the bumper pad on the butt is threaded for an extension, those threads are not for the weight bolts. You have to remove the pad first before you can swap the weight bolts. You'll need a 5mm and 6mm allen wrench to do this. The cue itself is straight and seems to be made well. It has a good feel to it when playing. Overall a great value.

Pleasantly surprised
I bought this cue about two months ago. I have a table and shoot almost daily. So far I'm very impressed with it. It looks and feels nice. The shaft is so smooth I don't need a glove or powder. There's threads on the butt end to add an extension (which I purchased two weeks ago, and I highly recommend doing as well).I was previously playing with a Viking Valhalla cue, which was nice but for the same price this one is much nicer.

Nice Cue Stick. Weight bolts sold separately.
It’s a nice stick, nothing special. Very light… I like a 20 or 21 oz stick but I guess you just get what they send you….. so that being said, I don’t recommend this stick for the simple fact of its weight.Update: to obtain the weight you might like you need to add weight bolts to your order for another $20+. I didn’t like the stick that much to pay another $20 for weights that may or may not satisfy me enough to change my review. Again, it’s just a bar room pool stick.Update: CRICAL customer service was great. CRICAL sent me weight bolts for this cue stick that made a tremendous difference in its performance. I like a heavier cue. That being said, if you like a light stick it’s perfect right out of the box, but for me I prefer a heavier cue. CRICAL does have weight bolts to go with their cues, sold separately, so keep that in mind.

Surprising in every respect.
This is a review I never anticipated writing, but I actually am blown away by this product.Usually, most things fail to live up to the hype. This is one that actually surpasses your expectations, immediately. It's beautiful looking, and smooth as silk. It's going to take some time to get accustomed to the sound it makes striking the cue, but it shoots like a champ.I'm confident that this will improve most players games. I'm an "old timer" and have collected wooden Adam cues since the late 70s. This is a real departure for me, and I was certain that I would hate it.I was wrong. It's simply great, and an amazing value. I can't believe that they can make a cue of this quality, and attention to detail... and sell it for so little. It's like a gift.Just to add a quick note about the graphics.I was reluctant to purchase many of the carbon cues that I've seen due to the juvenile graphics. This one is subdued, tasteful, and beautifully done. I didn't think I would like the grip not being on Irish linen... but I do.You will love this cue, and it will serve you well for many years to come. It's so well built that it will likely become a legacy item in your family.Highly recommended. A pleasure to shoot with.

Plays beautifully!!
Opened and played on the first day, and it's beautiful! Rolls true, well-balanced, and truly a perfect fit for someone like me who's accustomed to full wooden cues. It's a bit strange to not have a grip, but I was able to adjust after just two games of eight ball. Muscle memory kicked in and this cue is everything I needed! The tip prepped well and holds chalk excellently. The overall sleek design and satin-looking finish made it an instant hit with my friends. I'll be using this cue for quite a while!

Fantastic Value
This cue is a steal for the price. I was finding that there were a ton of options for cheap bar cues, and a ton of options for cues over $400. I’m a casual player and don’t need the nicest cue but definitely benefit from having something better than the cheap cues at my local pool hall. For $160 for almost everything you need this cue is an amazing deal. It has definitely taken my play to the next level. It looks like an expensive cue but if you're not running racks every game, you probably won’t be able to tell the difference between this cue and one 3 times the cost. You could upgrade the tip if you preferred something a little softer but the medium tip that comes on it has been working great for me so far.
