My husband and I purchased these for soccer season. I would say size up as they don't have half sizes. These are not for wide feet. They are comfortable for what we paid. We choose not to purchase really expensive ones since we only need them for one to two seasons. Good purchase for short term not long term.

True to size, good quality, my daughter said they were comfortable and easy to tie. Didn't hurt her feet at all. The colors were nice and the insole being orange gave it a little more pop that she really liked. Definitely worth the money. Nice for a cheaper soccer shoe.
