If I could give this six stars I would. The ONLY downside is the head is a bit too short. I wish I could swap the primary head out for a longer one to reach the bottom of some truly pesky bottle designs, but I also get this wasn't designed for the way I'm using it. For standard infant feeding bottles, this is perfect. I of course am using it to clean large, 1 L bottles that I can't get my hand into, making them particularly hard to clean. This does a great job getting around the narrowing sides of the bottle, the hardest part to clean with a longer cleaning brush, and I can finally reach some places I just hadn't been able to clean before. A longer head to reach the bottom would be nice, but I can continue to supplement with a long handled brush I have to reach there. The brush spins smoothly and can be applied with a fair amount of pressure. I'm impressed at how well the motor handles the load of hard scrubbing. Overall I couldn't be more pleased.
