I've owned a number of Hawaiian shirts over the years. I've had some made of silk and some made of cotton. The silk ones were very hot to wear in the summertime in Florida. The cotton one was so stiff, it could stand up on it's own. I wanted another cotton shirt because cotton breaths and keeps you cool in warm to hot weather. This shirt is 100% cotton, the design is kind of a throwback to Hawaii shirt styles from the 80s, but I wore it to a picnic this past weekend and I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I also got a number of comments on how nice it looked. It's very nice quality at a good price.

My son Loves wearing Hawaiian t-shirts so these were a pleasant surprise as a nice Christmas Gift! Quality of the material was as expected. I do wash them in warm delicate cycle and slightly drip dry. They fit him well. Thank You!

Fits great, bought it to wear on a parachute jump in Florida. Thought it was gonna be a wear it one time sorta deal. Ended up keeping it and have worn it a ton of times now.

This is a cool shirt ,well made,comfortable, definitely the right thickness for hot weather, BUT, the size chart is definitely off, I'm a standard XL guy, the size chart totally put me at a Large with their measurements, not accurate,,, if you're a large get a large, XL get the XL. Now i have to do the whole return exchange dance. Yay ! I'm so happy, NOT !!!

Have been looking for a nice hibiscus patterned, well made shirt that does not look cheap and this checks all the boxes. Shirt is 100% cotton (important - well to me it is) and made in Hawaii. Shirt fits well - I wear size large. For the price you can't get much better. Now I may go get a second in a different color!

Cotton and not thin silky girly stuff. The other two I got are silky. Bright colors. Feels real and will last longer than this one vacation trip. Size is good.. 6’2” XL 220lbs. Pattern is great. Simple. Classic.

When I was on vacation in Hawaii went to Walmart to see if they had Hawaiian shirts and was surprised that shirts went up in size to 6XL! (WOW) I was equally surprised when I noted in the description these Made In Hawaii shirts runs small so go up a size!I thought how could this be when Hawaiians tend to be 'big boys' (6XL) then it hit me, a epiphany if you will, its the Asian tourists! Asian tourists don't want to buy Hawaiian souvenirs Made In China do they? Therefore these shirt sizes are geared to Asian sizes.I lived in Asia for many years and found that 2XL there is an XL here - if you're lucky. This shirt fits somewhat like the shirts I would buy in Asia. The 3XL is just slightly smaller than the usual American 2XL - so lets call it a 1.75XL if you will.
