Great quality product! I love that it also came with a bag to store it in.

Rough black squares
I had to request a replacement. About half the black squares had a rough texture causing the felt bottoms of my pieces not to slide. The represent had 1 black square that was semi rough. I am going to keep it but I am disappointed in the quality because it came with a bag for the board.

Well crafted, packaged, and protected.
Unlike boards in the negative reviews, my board arrived in perfect condition with the edges and corners well-protected. Construction and finish are flawless. I like having the padded zipper case for storing the board when not in use.

Would be 5 stars….
It would be 5 stars if rated on value. I ordered the maple because it doesn’t show imperfections in the joints as well as dark wood will. Look at other images in this review section and you’ll see what I am talking about with the darker wood boards. This maple color hides all seems that aren’t “dead on perfect”. This board suits me completely. These pieces are high grade weighted polymer (plastic), a bargain compared with wood pieces, and more durable as well. This is all I need, this sets looks impressive.
