Great product and well worth the price tag
Fantastic device. I use this to switch between my work laptop and my personal desktop. The keyboard and mouse work as expected and the best thing is that the webcam I have will work on both as well. I haven't tested the second monitor function as I only have one monitor, but I expect it to work. It's fantastic that it comes with all the necessary cables, and they are of excellent quality. It was fast and easy to install and is also aesthetically pleasing. Can't recommend this enough.

Mouse & Keyboard Fail
TESmart dual computer/dual monitor KVM switch - I've tried multiple mice and keyboards and none work. The keyboards & mice I've tried are main brand. I contacted Customer Support and asked the two questions and I received a "canned" email response back. I replied to their response and asked them to re-read my email and try to answer the questions. Another canned response. My guess is they have no customer support and just have an email send out an automatic response. Messing around with the different keyboard and mice and then their "customer support" my return window was over and I am now stuck with a glorified and expensive video switch.

Value for Money | Dual Eco System Supported
Fantastic product if you want to switch between different ecosystems (tested with all 3: Linux, Mac, and Windows) easily with a single click. If you're using the latest monitors, think about purchasing the direct display port version, as this version is supported by only HDMI. I used display port converters to connect to the displays. For the latest macbook(s), as it is supported by only USB-C input, you can place a docking station between the switch and the computer. I used a Dell D6000 and it turned out fine. Only issue: not satisfied with only 2 USB-A ports for keyboard and mouse. So, a mechanical wired keyboard may not be fully functional.

The Best Gift for My Wife
I mentioned in my other review that my wife used to complain about my cluttered work desktop until I used TESmart's 2 Monitors 4 Computers kvm switch and now I bought her another dual computer model kvm, my wife is a freelancer. She only has a desktop computer and a laptop. She often edits pictures and videos, doesn’t have 4 PCs with different systems like me, but you can’t imagine that how she love this KVM switch.First of all, it was really easy to install, their user manual is very detailed,my wife was able to do it right from the instructions and didn't even need my help(except a docking station). Her highest appreciation for this KVM is that when she is editing pictures, the left screen displays the material website, and she can directly drag the picture materials to the right screen for editing. when she wants to entertain, she can easily switch to another A computer has greatly improved her work experience. The USB 3.0 compatibility sets this KVM switch apart. In comparison to other USB 2.0 KVMs, the transfer speeds are as different as night and day - imagine the contrast between a 19th-century steam train and a sleek modern airplane. The support for resolutions up to 3840x2160@60Hz with 4:4:4 color accuracy is essential for anyone like my wife who works with high-definition content, ensuring crystal-clear visuals.I occasionally play Steam's Forza Horizon 4 with my wife's desktop. I adjust the resolution to 2K so that I can get a refresh rate of 144Hz.The KVM switch provides multiple control options, including IR signals, front panel buttons, and keyboard hot keys. My wife likes the keyboard hot key switch best, while I prefer the physical buttons on the front panel. The ability to charge mobile phones and tablets through the front panel USB-A port is an excellent addition, saving us from fumbling for chargers and sockets. Another very important feature is the EDID emulator, which saves us from repeatedly resizing the working window. But my wife also has some complaints, to set up a dual-screen display, you'll need to connect two video outputs from your computer to KVM switch. Her laptop doesn't have two HDMI ports, so I purchased a docking station, which was extra cost.Compared with other brands of kvm switchers, TESmart seems to be a bit more expensive, but compared to its reliability, I think this is the price I should pay.TESmart kvm switch has transformed my and my wife's studio,as a system architect, I appreciate the seamless integration it offers, while as a husband, I'm delighted to see my wife enjoying her work even more with this outstanding tool. For anyone seeking to optimize their home office and multimedia tasks, this KVM switch is a wise investment that will undoubtedly enhance your daily life.

This one I am keeping - UDPATE - no I am not...
UPDATE:Well, after about a year the unit has become too unstable. It will just randomly loose sync with my monitors, mouse, and keyboard and stop responding for several seconds. This will happen throughout the day. I use it for work and I just cant have that with zoom calls. Stinks to waste all of that money. Ended up replacing it with the AV Access Desktop/Laptop KVM which seems stable. Hopefully it lasts longer.ORIGINAL:I have been using KVMs for a very long time. I have had many over the years, vga, dvi, hdmi, displayport. They all tend to have their "quirks" so the trick is to find one that has the fewest and the ones you can live with.Overall, this one is the best dual pc/dual screen HDMI. It is well constructed. Comes with a nice collection of cables that seem well made (but I ended up using my own 10 footers). Switching is smooth and fast. It can be changed using the buttons on the front or even an included IR remote control that I can teach my learning remote. You can also use the keyboard hot keys which work very reliably. It fully supported my logitech wireless keyboard and G 502x mouse which have given other KVMs problems. They will wake the computers from sleep although, for some reason, I have to hit the keyboard to wake it and then move the mouse to wake the screens - kind of strange but not the end of the world. The only real grip I have with it is the usb hub cascade depth. With USB, the general rule is you cannot go more then 5 deep. The sixth will not be recognize and the OS will start complaining (windows 10/11 at least). When I use this KVM, it seems that it counts as two even though usb hubs dont need more then one unless they go over 7 plugs or something like that. This created a problem because it put my setup over the limit. Never had this problem with other KVMs. I had to rearrange some cables to make it all work but still kind of annoying.Like I said, find a KVM with quirks you can live with. The usb hub thing is not a huge deal and well worth working around because this unit is so stable. Its a keeper.
