Years ago I tore my meniscus in my left knee and opted not to have surgery. Not the best idea. Over time this resulted in increasing knee pain. These cups help so much with the aching in my knee, just takes the pain right away. I'd much rather use these suction cups than constantly popping pills. Totally recommend.
