This one worked. I bought it because the first one I bought didn't. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE PLASTIC BASE! There are different types. One seller even has both bases pictured in the same listing, THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. They should all have a "This/not that" picture front and center. Anyway, the one of two we tried lit up fine.

I bought 2 bulbs for a reasonable price. It fits my Verilux lamp and kicks out the bright light when I Zentangle. Make sure you check how many pins the replacement bulb has before you purchase. Some bulbs have 2 pins and some have 4 pins. Super bright, the way I like it.

Great product, my last replacement bulb didn’t give the 2 different candlepower’s. Price is tremendous, essentially 2 for the price of one. And to think I was considering replacing the whole light!

These bulbs work fine in my old lamp, discontinued lamp. The original bulbs lasted about four years, and I went through three of them. These were available at a fraction of their cost and if they only last half as long, I'm still ahead.

Fits well in my Verilux desk lamp model VD12.
