Works for me . Was having real problems with an elbow and shoulder injury . Appreciate time and rest may have helped. Seems to have improved more quickly than in previous years. Might all be a placebo effect but if it helps . Back to renegade rows within 4 days and decent training .

Was excited to try this in conjunction with HMB as I’m a 63 year old male doing strength and endurance training. I used it for about 6 weeks and saw results with helping with sarcopenia and appetite control. However shortly after starting it, maybe two weeks, I started having terrible diarrhea. I didn’t make a connection but stopped taking it after suffering for a few weeks and within a few days the diarrhea stopped. I also read this is the most common side effect. I think it’s a good supplement but beware…
