Actually tastes pretty good!
It's not like regular oatmeal, but then it's not supposed to be - it's protein. I'm on a super low carb, zero sugar diet to get my A-1c down. I've been eating both the Maple Brown sugar and the Banana Nut. The texture is different, but the taste is fine, at least for me. A little pricey but worth it.

Overly sweet paste like texture.
So sorry-Tastes like sweet Paste. It was a total disappointment. The consistency was like eating paste and was way too sweet. They need to go bs k to the drawing board. I didn’t bother returning it because I didn’t have the outside packaging.
