Awesome printer!
I absolutely love my HP 8125e. It was incredibly easy to set up, and the print quality for both daily documents and color photos is crystal clear. It connects flawlessly to all my devices and works whenever I need it to. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Can not deal with incompatible ink cartridges anymore
I had to replace my HP printer that was almost this same model that I was very happy with. My new printer worked fine for a few months. I enrolled in the ink subscription service like before. From the beginning I had some issues with my printer telling me the cartridges were incompatible despite them coming from HP and being legit HP cartridges. I would fiddle with it to get it to finally work until a couple of days ago. I went to replace my ink and it will not validate the cartridges. I tried everything Reddit and YouTube told me to try after getting no where with HP support. I unenrolled in the ink subscription and tried to use regular HP cartridges but it still would not validate those either. Again, I tried all of the tricks and tips to no avail. I’ve spent two days fiddling with this stupid printer to get it to read and validate HP ink. Legit HP ink. I’m done with HP and will be replacing this less than one year old printer (it’s May and I got it in August) with and Epson. I will never buy another HP printer until the cartridge issue is resolved with their software and their ink either lasts longer or decreases in price. I really hate it bc the print quality of this printer is great. The app is good, connectivity is good until recently, and the benefits of the ink subscription outweighed the issues. But now I don’t care if the ink was free if it won’t work and takes two days to figure out then I don’t want it. The printer would stop printing mid page or document. It jammed some but not too much. It was not too noisy, lightweight, and easy to open and easy to change paper. It just won’t validate their own cartridges to actually be able to print. A printer should work. Ink cartridges should work. Printers should last longer than a year. I do not recommend this product.

Such a top notch product
The BEST! HP OfficeJet Pro Wireless printer has been good to us so far. We needed a printer so badly, after our previous one stopped working. We did our research and this was the clear winner. It’s small enough in size, easy to use and easy to set up. It pretty much has zero noise, which is great for printing late night papers. The printing quality is top notch and holds a good amount of paper. HP sold us and I think we will be sticking with this brands for the foreseeable future

Great home office printer!
I LOVE this printer. I looked for a while for a printer where I could print directly from my phone. With this printer, I can send something to print from my phone to the printer at my desk downstairs and it prints with no problem. It has a clean print quality, is fast, light weight, wireless, easy to set up and get connected. It’s nice looking and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It holds about 50 sheets of paper, has duplex printing, can scan, fax and copy for such a low price! It does take ink cartridges which were easy to subscribe to. They were also easy to install.

Nice Printer but............
Printer seems to be good quality. The ink is incredibly expensive. I tried purchasing cheaper aftermarket ink from 4 different companies and not one single cartridge would work. The chip doesnt match the software in printer. The other ink all stated the chips would match the HP printer but they get rejected. So as a review I would say the printer works great and prints nicely but the cost of ink is much more than tbe purchase price of printer. Paid $78.00 for a single black cartridge from HP on Amazon. The multi pack singles were in the $135-$140 price range.

I regret buying it.
This is the worst printer I've ever had. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It jams every few files I print. I'm not even printing crazy file sizes either; my document can be a few pages long, and it will error out on the first one. And these jams are not due to the quality of paper I am using. In addition to the constant paper jams, I've had cartridge errors, and once when the printer didn't even realize it was glitching. It kept warping, shifting, and erasing portions of the documents I was printing. After about an hour of trial and error (to confirm that it was indeed the printer and not my laptop, the file, or the connection) I had to do a couple hard reboots to get it to work. The worst part is that I was charged for those failed attempts at printing my document because it didn't even realize it was failing. The subscription fee is also straight up predatory. It's not clear that you CANNOT opt out of the printing subscription, nor that the printer will refuse to print anything and lock up after your "free trial" is over. It's not a trial period if you do not have the option of cancelling after the trial period is over. This is honestly very disappointing because I used to be a loyal HP user. All of my printers growing up were HP, and now I've completely lost trust. It takes a lot for me to write a product review, and this one was bad enough for me to want to warn others not to buy it. And this isn't for money; I had a few documents I needed to print, and then a few months later when I needed to print more, all of these problems became apparent; but it was well after the return period ended. I will be buying a new printer from another brand and have accepted that I wasted money on trash. Yes, it was a cheap printer, and things like its slow printing speed was acceptable, but it's performance was so much worse than what I was expecting from an HP product. Absolutely terrible. Also do not rely on the AI check marks when looking at the product reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did. I literally did not mention anything about the duplex printing, paper capacity, or scanning, and somehow the AI interpretted it as a positive.

Favorite printer
Love this printer. Print quality is far better than my epson or cannon printers. This is our second unit we added to our office. It prints so many copies per cartridges. It was easy to add to our devices and automatically shows up on our wireless devices like phones and iPads to print from any device in the office or home and from anywhere in the office or home. It was easy to set up and align. Sturdy machine, not too heavy sits perfectly on a printer stand.

good buy at the price i bought it $99
Very good price and easy to install (when you call HP support), and the ink club is a no-brainer. Prints very well and it's quiet. Of course, we are older and don't print that much. I signed up for the 50 pages, and they will send me ink when they see I am running out. The only problem I had is that the printer sat at the Amazon center for 1 year, and when I bought it, the warranty had expired. HP gave me added year warranty to solve the problem, and Amazon was going to give me a refund enough to buy 1 year from Amazon.

Excellent Printer But...
Easy to install. Excellent connectivity and good print quality from any device, but original repacement cartridges are really expensive and not easy for find in the UAE. The HP automatic ink replacement option lists a supplier who shows item is not available so that option (together with the 3-months free ink supply offer) is not available in the UAE, so it would seem...

Instant Ink...still unsure if it's worth it.
Great printer. Prints photos really nice.

I hate this printer
I really regret buying this printer. It has been nothing but a headache once the free ink trial ended. We were essentially unable to use it properly without signing up for the monthly ink subscription (around $10/month), which feels very limiting. Since then, it’s been one issue after another connectivity problems, constant “validating” errors, internet-related issues, the list goes on. To be fair, the printer itself is fine in terms of print quality. It’s fast and looks nice. But the behind-the-scenes setup, software, and account requirements completely ruin the experience. The HP app and online account system are especially frustrating and seem to send you in circles when trying to troubleshoot anything. I would not recommend this printer. Unfortunately, we didn’t run into these issues until after the return window had passed. We won’t be purchasing an HP printer again.
