ブライワックス・オリジナルBRIWAX（アンティークマホガニー）400ml

アンティークのテーブルやキャビネットのお手入れに使用しています。 伸びが良く、布で磨くと艶が出て綺麗です。

古い大きな靴箱と廊下に塗りました。それぞれニスを紙ヤスリ等で剥がして、こちらの商品を古い布で塗布、タワシでこすってから布で磨き上げました。 靴箱は綺麗に塗装できましたが、廊下は面積が広く、元々の木にシミがあったので、結構ムラのある仕上がりでしたが、数日経って落ち着いた感じにはなっています。 家の中が赤茶のニスを塗った柱が多いので、この色はピッタリでした。 良く磨き上げましたが、まだ触ると油っぽいツルツルとしたものが手につきます。 空拭きを続けたら落ち着くのかなあと思ってますが、どうでしょう。 全体的にアンティークな仕上がりで気に入ってます。 塗布中、結構臭いは出るので、換気は必ず必要です。1週間位経って大分臭いは薄くなりました。 1缶使い切りましたので、また必要な時は、こちらの商品をリピします。

緩めのワックスで、とても使いやすい。 うちの壁が無垢板で、汚れてきたので1000のヤスリで磨いたらすごく綺麗になったけど、ツヤ感が無くなったし、またすぐ汚れそうだったので、何か良い方法はと色々調べて、ブライワックスに行き着いたので、使い方とかネットで調べてやってみた。 布に取って塗る。それだけ。簡単で誰でも出来ると思う。臭いがあるが、VOCは含まないそうなのでマスクをして頑張る。仕上がりは完璧。二度塗りすると色が濃くなる感じ。

そのまま、ワックスを塗ると色的に薄くなる感じがしましたので、下地にブライワックス・ウォーターベース・ウッド・ダイ 250ml を1本使いました。 その結果、光が当たる所では、良い感じの高級感のデスクになりましたが、触れているとワックスが溶けるようです。 もし、それを防ぐことができたら100点満点なのですが・・・。

塗りやすく、１日経てば匂いも気になりません

ウエスを使用して塗布したが、スポンジを使うことを奨めるメッセージをどこぞで読んだ。 確かに塗りムラを少なくするためには有効かと思う。 但し、表面の平滑化処理も重要。 木材により塗り上がり具合は異なるはず。 だからそれだけ面白く趣があるのでしょう。

商品は問題ありません。塗るのに少しだけコツがいります やや少なめにつけて、刷り込むようにして塗るとツヤがでます つけすぎはダメです

なんか薄かったのでどんな木材に向いているのか この色の使い所がイマイチまだ分からない

Unable to rate this product as the Briwax company sent "Teak" instead of requested "Mahogany" and did not answer my request re. using "Teak" instead of "Mahogany".on an antique Mahogany desk. I did not go to the expense and trouble of sending it back to UK.

Arrived with the tin mysteriously hand-sealed with layers of thick, black and very sticky cloth gaffa tape that proved almost impossible to remove. Why? Just why? The tin was sealed anyway. It took me 20 minutes to remove it, with great difficulty, and I was worried I'd actually been sent a tin that had already been opened, slightly used then resealed. Happy to report the contents were intact, but it took me less time to wax my cabinet than it did to fight my way into the tin.

This is an excellent furniture polish product to accompany the wood colour filler wax sticks to fill cracks and refurbish the wood.

Bought this for my mahogany floor which looked a bit jaded. This product is brilliant, my floor looks so nice and refreshed. I will definitely be buying it again and recommend it highly. I was a bit worried as most of the reviews previously had used it on their furniture but I am so happy with it, just in time for xmas and its not slippery at all. Although my children and husband were afraid they would go sliding, its perfect not slippery at all. I searched and read many reviews of various other products too and don't regret at all purchasing this.

This is a very good furniture wax. Wipe it on in a thin layer, you’ll see where the wax is as it goes slightly opaque, once the area is done give it a couple of minutes and buff it off. If you want more shine, add more layers but always buff between layers. The scent is great if you like Toluene.
