I actually had to internet search if this was the same brand that at one time had many nationwide retail stores, and it is.They have the knowledge behind their products.So, with that I truly was confident buying this product and consuming.When I ingest a supplement, which is not FDA approved, and could be made in another country, yet sold in the USA, I am truly careful about what I choose to ingest.I was happy to see this contains a complete set of vitamins and supplements.I actually went to their website to see their complete line of multivitamins, and noted there are a variety of choices, where you select which area of health you wish to concentrate on.This for me was the one I truly wanted: the Immunity boost, stress management, and antioxidants.I'm not one to throw out high ratings, but this made me happy to find this online rather than a retail storeand it hits the areas I personally concentrate on.Like the 90 day supply

These vitamins are a great all around women’s vitamin. It has many extra antioxidants.It is, however, a very large pill so if you struggle to swallow pills this wouldn’t be the one to take. Most people would be fine with it. I have to take a moment to really get this down but it finally works. I’m just warning anyone who has trouble with swallowing pills as I do; Even though I struggle a little I am able to get it down.Now after saying all that…It is an incredible multivitamin! I compared all the amounts with a couple bottles I have at home and this has such higher amounts of each vitamin and has additional vitamins and minerals as well. I am so impressed. I wouldn’t have to take all the extra supplemental vitamins that I take along with my multivitamin. This would be it. I am changing over to this vitamin, put aside that it is a large pill. I can deal with that as long as I’m getting all the nutrients and vitamins that I need. I couldn’t believe when I compared this how much better of an all around vitamin this is. I recommend this 100% to women wanting to take a vitamin.

These are not very easy to swallow and have a bit a smell/taste that isn't the most pleasant. I like to take a daily vitamin, and was interested in this particular products vitamin contents. I usually just focus on biotin for hair growth, but I do like how this offers a multitude of other supplements and natural ingredients. For the reason, I find it to be a very good value. I have been taking these for about a week and haven't noticed a significant change in my energy level. Unfortunately, I would not repurchase this product is based on the size, taste, smell, and ease of swallowing.

This pill unfortunately is huge. I needed to cut it in half to take because it was so long, and then I still had difficulty swallowing the 2 halves. It tasted like a vitamin. I took this at lunch and mid afternoon I noticed my urine was bright yellow. I looked that side effect up and it said it's because the vitamin has vitamin B2 aka Riboflavin but your body has too much of it so it gets processed out in your urine. I guess I didn't need so much and my body was getting out the excess. I'm not sure I will continue taking it since I. Don't want to over take vitamins. Maybe it's too much for me but it might be just right for someone else I love all the ingredients and think it's a good value for the money. I just felt I needed to be honest about my personal experience with this vitamin. I believe finding the right multivitamin is important. This one just isn't for me.

This seems like a good quality multi vitamin so far. I'm bad about remembering to take all my supplements so I feel like if I at least take this one I cover a lot of ground including some perimeno support. I like that the dosage is 1 a day with a meal making it easier for me to remember. They don't have that strong vitamin smell but it does seem to give me that neon yellow pee.
