Great pc
I got this a few months ago for my 15 yr old gamer son and it works perfect for whatever he plays. I was worried because some of the reviews I saw seemed negative on performance but my son says it’s really fast and any lag is negligible. Setting it up was super easy and im impressed with how quiet it runs. It’s actually bigger than I expected it to be but I like that because the lights can be seen really well. It looks really cool and we are really happy with it.

Decent price... but read the specs first!!!
Have no idea how STGAubron got hold of such old CPU's, but this one works well enough to meet my meager needs. The CPU was produced between 2018 and 2020 and the GPU was produced between 2019 and 2024. While the memory card was very well packed with padding, it arrived loose and the unit did not start. Removed the memory card and reinserted and everything has worked since. The BIOS, CPU, and GPU work well together and the boot process is about 20 seconds. This is my casual at-home pc. I wanted to improve my Zwift exercise bike video experience and the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super did exactly that with 4K. I drive three 4K monitors (43", 32", & 27") at full 4k from the GPU without a hitch. The only inconvenience is that I needed three distinct cable types for the three distinct connectors on the Nvidia card, I just needed to dig in my box of video cables to find the right ones. I am not a gamer and use the pc for Zwift, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Chrome - all come up fast with no lags. Win11 should be supported until 2031, at which time I'll probably buy another pc. I don't store any files locally, everything is on OneDrive and OneNote in the Microsoft cloud and I keep the installed applications to an absolute minimum. MS 365, PDF-Xchange, Chrome, and PDF-Xchange are about it.

Excellent Company Customer Service
The PC ran great for a couple months. Then it developed an issue where it wouldnt send any video signal to the monitor. This happened past the Amazon return time window, so I contacted the company directly. The specialist I spoke with, (Rich) was so easy and pleasant to work with. We tried trouble shooting some things but eventually Rich offered to send me a new unit. I took him up on the offer and he shipped me a new computer in just a couple of days.

this computer has a neat light show and moves fast....
Great computer, fast to start up and I run mine nearly all day...not for gaming tho...my photo files are extensive and my computer guy recommended it for that reason alone, I do a lot of editing on my photos and it works ten times faster than my former computer ever did, which is pretty important to me. Has a pretty neat light show while it is on, too. :)

Ehh
It seems like airplane mode kicks on whenever it wants and disconnects me from the internet and then you can't find it anywhere on the computer. It's almost like part of the software is missing. It's starting to be a hassle to start the computer and then have to restart it to get the drivers working again. It doesn't have a sleep button which I use frequently on my laptop. Yes, I have searched how to remedy that with no success on completion of what it says to do. Also the start up screen is obnoxious. I even tried to fix that and it won't go away. It also randomly makes beeps when it is off in the middle of the night, after it is shut off. It's kind of slow as well. I thought it came with MicroSoft Office, guess I was wrong. When you look at the keyboard and mouse software, it was last updated in 2006 and you can't update it anymore. I took almost 3 months to leave my review because I wanted to get full use of the computer, to judge it fairly. I use this mostly for 2 simulation games I play and Cricut software.

Good Gaming PC
This is a great PC and does what it needs to. The colors and inside preview are awesome. I would give it 5 stars but when we first got the PC and turned it on, it kept booting into BIOS and didn't detect a hard drive. I had to open the case and plug the hard drive in. Once I did that it has worked perfect.
