Legit umeboshi. I love ramen and a squirt of this really takes my homemade noodles up a notch. Also use it on rice for a nice little flavor addition. Nice quantity for the price and the packaging is genius.

Umeboshi yummy!
I like the taste and it will pair perfectly with rice. I would highly recommend the product. can’t wait to use it in a dressing.

Authentic Umeboshi Paste!
It's handy to mix with cooked rice! Don't use too much because it's salty. I enjoy freshly cooked rice which is lightly salted with the aroma of Umeboshi. This product is pricey, but has the worth.

Good. Umeboshi as I've had it. More sour then the fruits I'm used to, but it is a paste.

Pickled plum if you can't get any
I fell in love with umeboshi when I visited Japan, but it's hard to find in the States. I've tried a few other types but this one is the closest to the flavor I'm looking for. The ingredients are very clean, with minimal additions. I give this four stars because the flavor isn't perfect. It doesn't have the same subtle sweetness real fresh umeboshi does and the saltiness is cranked up. If you're looking for umeboshi and can't get anything else though I'd still recommend this. It can sit in the fridge forever and stay good.
