Very sturdy wood toy . The functionality is great for babies and toddlers. It is safe under supervision in my opinion. It is a little heavy because of the wood material.

I got this wooden Montessori farm set for my little one, and it has quickly become a favorite in our house! The quality is excellent – smooth wood, safe paint, and no sharp edges, which gives me peace of mind. I love that the pieces are the perfect size for small hands without being a choking hazard. It’s not just fun, but also very educational. My toddler enjoys “harvesting” the vegetables, sorting shapes and colors, and identifying the animals. It’s amazing to see how it helps with fine motor skills, imagination, and early cognitive development. Another big plus is the storage design – everything fits neatly back into the wooden base, teaching kids tidiness and responsibility in a playful way. I got this for my great nephew who just turned 1. And he loves the Animal Fame Box. I love that this toy is educational and helps kids learn while they play. It helps with fine motor skills, color recognition, and hand-eye coordination, and shape and animal recognition. I like that it is safe with no small pieces. You’re able to travel with this toy. It’s so soft and cute. It’s a great price. Also makes a great gift.

Its a good toy and it will have its time, I'm sure. But for a 1 year old, its so-so. It has held up to the abuse of being chewed, tossed and kicked around. We do watch the sharp corners of the box. Many of the pieces are too small to turn your back on, so we only have the vegetables out for safety. The play paper is also kind of useless at this age. It does seem well made and our son likes taking the vegetables out of the garden. We use the open box part as a storage for another toy, more often than not. We have had it for several months now but its holding up.
