will this work with a .75" ball?

No. In my opinion this would not close enough to be tight. It's rated for 1" and anything less looks unlikely given its' build tolerance.

Is this too bulky for a motorbike? All the customer images show this inside a car ... anyone have this on the bike handlebar?

Yes, you can use it on a bike. I have used it on a Harley Electraglide, a BMW K1300s, and a BMW R1200GS Adv. Works fine. But see my review. I think it is more bulky and complicated than it needs to be. You can achieve the same with simpler RAM options. But yes, you CAN use it on a bike.

Will it work with a 16mm ball

The description reads that it's for 1 inch balls, so I don't believe it would work at all with 16mm balls.

Can I easily rotate it from vertical to horizontal without loosening anything?

No, the rubber-coated RAM balls are designed not to slip. In order to rotate any ball or the central pivot, the corresponding wingnut must be loosened first.

スイベルアームの真ん中の部品が200度くらい曲がる部品に変わった感じのものです。パーツ間の遊びが大きくて締めこんでも数度程度動きます。（ガタガタするのではなくじんわり動く感じなので振動のある場所で振れが少しでもあったら困る機器を装着するのでなければ問題ないかと思われます。）少し動く以外はしっかりしたものだと思います。細かいことを言えば、真ん中の部品のみ艶の感じが違うのでできればあわせてほしいと思います。値段は・・まぁ高いと思います。RAMマウントの常ですが。アルミ製の製品ではないので仕上げは艶のことを除けば綺麗だと思います。バリはありますがアルミの奴ほどの壮絶なものじゃないです。プラなので軽いのは良い点です。

ＳＳバイクにＧｏＰｒｏを固定する際、もう少し角度が変えられるように試に購入してみました。構造上振動を拾います、バイクなどの移動撮影には不向きだと思いますので移動撮影をされる方で検討されてる人は関節のないタイプにした方が良いと思います。（私は、結局使用せずに関節のないタイプを使用しております）私はバイクでしか使う予定がないのでこの評価にしておりますが、固定で使ったり画像の揺れをあまり気にしない方であれば十分使えると思います。また、私は脱着をその都度しますので手で締め付けての感想ですので、工具などで思い切り締め上げれば多少は振動が減るかもしれません。
