Works like wheat flour without allergy issues
I bake a lot because Iโm gluten sensitive. This flour makes great breads, cakes and cookies. It substitutes any where you need wheat flour

BEST GF FLOUR
The best gluten free flour I've ever used in the 16 years I've been gluten free due to wheat allergy. Works great in breads, cakes, banana bread etc. Doesn't taste weird and is NOT grains or chalky. LOVE IT

King Arthur is always a good choice for me
I like King Arthur for affordable GF all-purpose flours. I love the fact they have both with and without xanthan gum. I do wish the colors and design of the packaging was different between them; it's easy for me when I'm in a hurry to grab the wrong one, but definitely a good option when you need a GF flour for recipes that recommend no xanthan gum.

The best gluten free flour
Iโve tried a lot of gluten free flours and this one beats them all. Nice texture and flavor. I substitute this in all my recipes, simply using baking powder instead of soda for recipes. Iโve also mixed this flour with almond flour and it works fabulous for frying chicken.

I LOVE KING ARTHUR FLOUR
this stuff is SO LIGHT - i used it alone to make some bread, and that was a big mistake.i used it along with some other King Arthur flour, and the bread came out GREAT, as did the biscuits i made.they were so light they could almost FLOAT.it's a bit expensive, but not so much when it's used along with another good quality plain flour.
