I have PCOS and have been under the care of an Endocrinologist for the past 5 years who had me on a pill diabetics take to help control their blood sugar but I just didn't feel like it was the right thing for me. Earlier this year I saw a Naturopathic Dr who suggested I take this instead and I gotta tell you, I am so happy now. I feel so much better, have more energy, and I feel like my blood sugar levels are where they need to be which makes it so much easier to lose weight. The taste is sweet and easily dissolves in a cup of water. Highly recommend!

Great for PCOS
I love this product. I have PCOS and often experience many of the side effects. With this supplement I feel so much more level minded, focused, and even started getting my own periods-which has never happened. While I have yet to notice any real weight loss, (which is probably more my fault) I have not been gaining! If you have PCOS I highly recommend this product.With this size I am able to make it last for over 2 months, depending on what dose you use.

Tasteless and Easy
I used this as a supplement to help get pregnant - it didn't work - BUT, this powder has no taste, and I do believe it gave my reproductive system a boost. If trying to conceive, it can't hurt to take this. I would take it again, if I thought it would help my particular situation.
