What happens if I mix this DOT 5.1 fluid with existing DOT 5 already in the system? What are the differences (ratings?) between the various DOT flds?

I agree with the other comments, do not mix DOT 5 with anything other than DOT 5. DOT 3, 4, 5.1 are compatible but you are always better off flushing completely out any different rated fluid. If your vehicle is rated for DOT 5 just stick with it.

Can it be used with dot3, toyota camry 2011?

If the brake fluid in your Camry currently is DOT3, Motul DOT 5.1 is miscible (can be mixed) with it. However, if the DOT3 fluid is two years old or older, the fluid has absorbed water over that period, and you should have it flushed and replaced with the Motul DOT 5.1, which is an updated and superior brake fluid.

Can i use this fluid on my 2003 toyota corolla ce 1.8 l4?

This is high performance brake fluid. In a 17 year old 4 cylinder Toyota I would sick with DOT 4, or even DOT 3 fluid, Not DOT 5.1 Which is most likely what you have now. If you go with this, it is glycol based and compatible, so mixing them isn't a problem, you simply do not need a high temperature fluid as 5.1

Replaced SRAM dot 5.1 easily. In sram axs red. Fluid has higher temperature rating than srams and is made in the UK. Was using 3.1 before in “only rated 5.1” with no issues. But these ones ear easier to get rid of air bubbles during re bleeding. And better performance during down hill braking.
