I continue snoring. But sitting up change my life. I don’t really know if the product works. People snore for different things. Maybe for some kind of patients it works. Difficult to give an opinion

I bought this having seen a sleep documentary. I never feel like I’ve had deep sleep and keep waking up in the night. The documentary suggested snoring could be the culprit. I’m not a heavy snorer but my wife says I do snore a bit. This stuff is not very pleasant. It has to pump through your nose with your head back and reach your throat. Feels weird and you do taste it. Once done it does settle down and you no longer feel/taste it. Some nights there seems to be an improvement to my snoring/sleep. Others my wife says I still snore and I still wake up. It’s not the miracle breakthrough I hoped it would be. It says it works for 75% of people so no point throwing your toys out the pram like some reviews. It may work for you it may not. I’ll use it up but won’t buy again.

Well I was very sceptical of this item to be honest as I’m not sure a nasal spray could cure loud snoring and I wasn’t wrong ..I applied it before bed and must admit my throat and nose did feel clearer and I woke up feeling clear .. However my wife and children ( who are in different rooms) have stated i snored the loudest in ever have last night .. I will admit I do feel fresher this morning so that’s a bonus however the spray is pretty pointless in regard to stopping snoring . So probably a waste of money .

Bought for the Mrs as her snoring keeps me up most nights! Was very sceptical at first as have tried many other products which have never worked. So far, after a month, this is the first product to have some affect. Whilst it hasn’t stopped her snorting completely, it has reduced it somewhat to the point I’m able to ignore the lowered noises coming out of her. Only gripe is the price, it’s not something we’d be happy to keep paying £16 for on a regulars basis and at 6pumps into each nostril it lasts about 3weeks. Yes, I’m a bit tight with money but maybe they could reduce the price just a little or increase the bottle size. In a nutshell, it’s the best we’ve come across so far.

**UPDATE** After having used this for 1 week, it began to stop working now - The process of me using this has not changed at all, I use the same method, 4-6 sprays in each nostril, right before bedtime and with my head tilted backwards, but it seems to have completed stopped working. The initial impact was fantastic, but long term I don't believe this to be a viable solution - I will go back on the hunt for another snoring reduction solution **UPDATE** Much alike other reviews on here, I was keeping my better half awake at night, oftentimes I would wake her up multiple times during the night with my hippopotamus-like snoring. I promised her that I would look into doing something, I searched far and wide on the internet for nasal strips, medication and even an app (I know, there seems to be an app for everything these days...) I came across this product, with very mixed reviews, the idea of putting a couple of sprays in your nose each night and then your snoring disappearing sounded too good to be true. The claims of "clinically proven" entice but not always deliver. Nevertheless, I took a punt and bought this. On a typical night, I would snore and wake my other half up at least 2-3 times, I would snore without fail every single night, and if I had been drinking, it would exacerbate the issue. NOW the important part, I took this on night one, 4-5 sprays in each nostril, whilst I was laying down with my head slightly tilted backwards. As I spray it, I could feel it slightly tingle my nostrils and then I could feel it at the back of my nose/throat. That was it, I popped the lid back on and went to bed as normal - It's important that you don't eat food or drink too many liquids afterwards, the solutions needs time to settle in your throat/nasal passage. The first night......Not a single moment of snoring, my other half said she didn't hear any snoring and certainly didn't have any interrupted sleep. I was astonished, thinking it might have been a fluke, I continued to take it every night....7 days in a row and not a single night of snoring, I really am surprised at this. If like me, you're a snorer through your nose, then this will work for you, I can assure you! I haven't been this surprised at an amazon product since I bought a LiDar scanning robot hoover (also a fantastic acquisition) and I will continue to buy this nasal spray to keep my better half from sleeping on the sofa My only slight gripe is that the expense of this is significant, it will run you at least £16 a month, which is quite a bit of money to never snore again

My first ever review of a product, but credit is needed where credit is due. For as long as I can remember I have had so little energy regardless of how much or how little I slept. I have had occasions in the past where I have been told I snore and/or grind my teeth, and in the past year with my new love it has been observed that I do both of these things rather a lot, along with pauses in breathing during sleep (sleep apnea). I wanted something to help alleviate these things primarily so that my partner could get a better nights sleep. What I did not expect was the effect it would have on me too. I was sceptical of all of the snoring aid products and their reviews, but we have been blown away by the results from this spray. The product states that it can take up to two weeks to achieve desired results, however we experienced a night and day difference after the first night of me using it. My partner now gets near to full nights sleep, and I wake up feeling like a different person - I wake up feeling well rested, alert, and 'switched on' within minutes. I feel that I have more energy than I ever have and this feeling carries through the entire day. I am now getting proper sleep. One thing to note - it has been observed that I have still snored and done some teeth grinding a little bit since using this product, but these disturbances occur much later in the morning (my partner has very early starts) and no where near to the extent that I did before using this product. It has been described as 'levels which can be tuned out or slept through' as opposed to being woken up as a result of it. In a nutshell, I can't believe something as simple as a nasal spray has achieved these results. If you are still in doubt, I'd say this particular spray is well worth a try for the sake of a tenner!

I've only been using this for a few days but can't see any difference at this stage at all. I tastes absolutely FOUL and doesn't seem to really work. I didn't use it one night and actually snored less! I might persevere for a bit longer but don't hold out much hope...

The first night I spent with my girlfriend was supposed to be the best night for her but I soon found out that she couldn’t sleep. Why? Because I snore. I never knew I snored and I think this might have developed over the years. But anyways, I quickly understood that I needed to fix this because, while it is not my fault that I snore, but it’s basically my snore that’s causing her to lose sleep. And that is very bad. With a very open minded, I started looking for something. I tried stripes and tiger devices. They worked for a night or don’t work at all. This one does. They said to do 5 or 6 pumps in each nostril. After the first month of using it, I started doing only 3 pumps which works just fine and recently I have been skipping nights and every other night and my girlfriend has not complained which means it seems that this thing is cleaning my nostrils. I also went to the doctor and spend 1300 and they gave me something which failed to work. And they told told me I am gonna have to do surgery. So far this little thing makes my girlfriend sleep well which is exactly why I am very satisfied and writing this review.

It some times does not work. Is this the way it works? 60 % is a normal improve?
