Will the belt fit a plus size girl?

More than likely, no. I wear a size 16 jeans and the belt only went around 3/4 of my waist.

Does this include the shirt and bottom as well?

No. Just accessories, as the description states.

Would this be a good gift for a 6 year old? It appears most of this is adjustable..?

Hi, well, its manufactured for an Adult, so, its not really adjustable
