Have not got it installed in my LR wing yet, but it is underway. However, I did not see any HGLRC branding on the vtx, antistatic bag or the pdf about the vtx. Makes me wonder. My only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star.

This particular vtx doesn’t appear to work with the build I’d intended.i planned on using it as a high power analog image system but it appears to be compatible with hd systems. I may be able to use it in the future with another set up but should’ve researched more before buying.

On 2.5W trees even buildings get penetrated… keep on low power until first arm or it’ll die with no airflow! Conflicting data as far as the protocol goes, it runs (SA2.1) smart audio not IRC Tramp like the hglrc website Says. I’ll buy one for every analog quad I got that has the room to fit it! it makes 800 mw and 1600mw seem like a joke! Please don’t buy them all up, leave a few for the rest of us lol. I leave this comment after having 4 so I feel informed enough to have an opinion… happy flying 5 stars
