Gummies taste good and have no off smell. It was easy to open, and you get 60, so 2 for each day. 12 calories a piece, and 5 grams of carbs per gummy. Sodium is quit low at 3 grams, but you're getting a lot of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - which is 22% of your daily requirements per gummy. NICE. Mostly you get Pineapple Fruit powder and some Bacillus coagulans, and it claims to be made in the US. Other claims include that it helps your immune system, which is possible considering the amount of Vitamin C in each item. Says it's also good for skin/hair health, and that it optimized vaginal flora. Not sure how that can be checked, but it's certainly not going to hurt you. Other ingredients include Stevia and Pectin, Dietary Fiber, Water, and it has natural color in it, so you don't have to worry about those food dyes the FDA is now going to ban. No petroleum based yellow in this! It's also good if you're gluten free, because there's no milk, wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts or yeast in it. So you can give it to your kids if they have gluten-free, casein-free diets. I find it adorable and delicious. Kids won't mind taking it either, and probably an easier way to get Vitamin C into them if they don't like orange juice or have trouble with the acid. Might be a cute way of getting the kids/teens started on taking vitamins/supplements. The final caveat on the bottle is that it is not intended to treat or cure any disease. I'm taking it for the vitamin C, but I look forward to taking them every day, and that's something.
