I haven't swam in these yet, but after trying them on, I'm sold. I am about to head to SeaBase with scouts and needed some good, modest swim shorts for the trip. These are perfect!! I usually wear a medium/6 and I ordered a 6 and they fit true to size. Nice pockets and great length. Waist band is over the mom pooch, but under the belly button, so I'm happy with the waist band too. It's nice a wide. I'll probably order another pair and live in them for a week.

Fits to size, especially for larger hips and buttocks. Thicker fabric and makes a bit of noise when fabric rubs together. Doesn't bother me, but may bother some. Length is nice.

I’ll be 100% honest with this review… if you shave 🐱 and it’s not freshly smooth, wear underwear. I specifically chose these because it is brief style under the shorts. That brief material is mesh and will grab on to hair growing in 😳. OUCH! However, I love the length of these shorts. I’m in my mid 30s and active but I can’t stand it when my cheeks hang out of the bottom of my shorts when working out. This provides mobility and coverage!

Great swim shorts!! These were perfect for our trip to Bermuda. The right amount of coverage and it has pockets!!

Size guide says this would fit. It didn't. It runs large through the thigh.

Well these are surprisingly great- I ordered my usual pant size 12 and they fit and are super comfy4’10” 165lbs
