I love this book. It's very portable and the contents are super interesting!

I am giving this book 2 stars because it is aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful photographs of crystals. It isn't much of a crystal bible though. No explanation about crystal structures, their formation (igneous, sedimentary, metamorphic), mineral-forming elements, which are all essential to understand the effects a certain crystal might have. Instead the descriptions seem to be a random list of benefits. When I read sentences like " this crystal is an excellent conductor of energy because of its high water content" I know it has no foundation whatsoever because any basic chemistry textbook will tell you that water is a poor conductor. This really puts me off and I am now not trusting anything I might read in this "Bible". For those who are really interested in crystals and want to know something about them I highly recommend "Crystal Power, Crystal Healing" by Michael Gienger.

楽しみに待っていたところ、やっと届いて封を開けた瞬間、 やってしまったと思いました。 全て英語でした。。。 私の見落としで（英語）という事を手元に届いてから知る事になるとは。。。。 せっかく購入して残念ですが、持っていても仕方ないので手放します。 縁がなかったという事でしょうか。 高い勉強代と思うしかありません。

Muy buen libro para adentrarse en las propiedades metafísicas (y algunos datos físicos) de muchos minerales conocidos, las imágenes son excelentes.

Like the book

This book is very detailed, concise and teaches the beginner about crystals. It has great information on formation, healing and meditative guides, (colour) pictures obviously and a glossary section too. The book is handbag size, great when out shopping for crystals. Please can this book be printed in a larger size, at least A5 as a minimum, and perhaps even in spiral bound for home library reference? Overall, a great crystal reference book I'd not hesitate in recommending.
