Both lighters work well 👍.. The only couple things I have been a bit disappointed with are... 1) the camouflage colored lighter sucks much more of the lighting fluid than I had ever expected and it seems to go quicker than expected as well and 2) the orange lighter, I didn't realize before ordering, seems to have a somewhat short timer that cuts itself off automatically after around 5 seconds or so...if you aren't finished lighting whatever product that needs burning or lit in that time something else will be needed. The camouflage torch lighter: filling lighter fluid seems easy,:as well as easy to use, & reliable as long as a bottle of filling fluid is nearby. Another thing that buyers should likely be aware of is that the directions coming with the lighters are "not" too detailed so a bit of "figuring it out" may be required unless the buyer has prior experience with like models..

I have owned these for about a year. The butane one has been reliable (I'm a smoker so I use it daily). I haven't really used the argon one so no info on that other than it's kind of neat. I have used the butane one to solder with (small jobs). Note: had problem with lighter because a small piece of solder fell into the ignitor and prevented spark. My own fault. After cleaning it worked fine again. Note: once butane is empty, it helps to fully purge it before refilling. I suppose purging before first fill is also helpful to get a full fill, considering comparison of ambient pressure between place of manufacturing vs "shipped to" location. I live at 5200 feet above sea level. Note: TSA confiscated my first unit. Not allowed on flights. I had that for about a year as well before confiscation.

Price was low, $11 for the set. The electric one worked well. Only had them for a day. When I try to charge the e-liter, a blue lite turns on, but then turns off - the instructions read that means it's full when the blue lite goes off. The lighter works just fine. I'm concerned about the gas torch one. It works, but when I put some fuel in it, it felt like I was putting dry ice in it - not sure if all butane does that to all lighters, plus 1/3 of the fuel squirts out off all over the device, my hands, etc. I refueled it over my sink for easier clean up. I was afraid the lighter would catch fire, since it spilled over on the lighter. I cleaned the outside of the fuel holder, soap, wet towel, then alcohol wet paper towel, washed my hands. Suggest wear goggles when refueling. The instructions say to reduce spill squirt - air bleed it out, but it's very hard to bleed the tank, yet I did with a pen. If you try to bleed the butane can, that would be very dangerous - especially to the eyes. Tested it, it lit, it worked the first time, but not week later. But, after I entered fuel, noticed light thin new cracks on the fuel lighter. I suspect the fuel was so cold - it froze the canister and cracked it. Thus I cannot suggest this particular product; but try better brands, pay higher for better quality; stronger cover material. A week later, the full lighter would not work, no flame. The lid was closed. It was full of fuel. Just not turn on, no flame. I guess I'd have to try different brands, different company/maker. I got another brand, held in storage a year, still works on same fuel. But not this gas LcFun butane refillable Summation: Bought this set with that name brand on it, gas one did not work. On filling, the gas squirted off and out, had a crack in it, worked, a week later, did not work, was also empty, poor quality. Electric one worked ok. Were from Amazon. I recommend buy other different brands. You get what you pay for. :-(

My old light like this didn’t use lighter fluid, thought these were like that. My fault for not reading. They work great but not don’t like messing with lighter fluid. If you don’t Have that issue I recommend them highly!!
