Nothing has changed in my routine,waste of money.

This light is extremely effective! When I was looking at different options, I was skeptical and worried if a small lamp could work. But I've tried it for a couple months in the depths of winter, and I honestly don't think I need a larger lamp than this. Just ten minutes with this lamp, even in the dark morning, makes me feel awake and human again! I could easily take this traveling as well if I needed to because of its portable size. If you're like me, you may not need a big lamp! It's actually really convenient that it's so small because I can move it super easily from my bedside to my desk to the table in the morning if I need to. Give it a try!

This is a fantastic little daylight lamp. I have previously purchased other lamps by Verilux and of course they were much larger because you had CFL bulbs in them. CAUTION: THESE LIGHTS ARE SUPER BRIGHT. DON’T STARE DIRECTLY AT IT. Actually what works best for me is to angle it, face it at wall, or even put it slightly higher than my head. This way it brightens the near area without blinding me. ;) This new light is really sharp looking, as well as great build quality; a smooth feel and it just exudes quality. It is actually the size of an iPad mini. there’s a power button on the top, and there’s a 3 Stage Brightness Circle on the front you could touch for adjustment. The plug in the back looks like compact USB and it comes with an AC adapter. The whole thing is very portable. The stand for it slides onto the bottom and it locks onto the back for storage. The base is rubberized on the bottom and a little heavier. All in all this is a great lamp and it’s extremely portable. It’s winter up north here, it’s gray or darker and I really miss the sun since I work indoors a lot. This daylight therapy lamp and others seem to help me wake up better in the morning or during an afternoon slump, and I’m hoping it will help me sleep better at night as well. I like this Verilux flat panel LED lamp much better than all the ones that used compact fluorescent or other bulbs.

Truly has been a life saver with my SAD!!! I live in Canada and the days are very short....this light has made a huge difference in my mood and I don't feel the tightness in my chest of sadness. I am very happy !!! I like the easy turn off and on button. It's sturdy on the table. The timer for auto shut-off is in 15 min increments, up to an hour. It's very bright and has 3 brightness settings. I keep it on the table and during my morning ☕ coffee I have it on for about 15 or 20 min. it's been a game changer for me enduring the cold and dark winters!! Very happy!!
