Zoo Med 2 Pack of T5 HO ReptiSun 10.0 UVB Daylight Lamps

First bulb of the two-pack worked great, no concern. Six months later, I went to replace it with the second one from the pack and it won’t fit! See the pic I posted, the new one on the right is just a little longer, enough to not fit into the ballast. Of course, since it has been almost a year, I can’t return it. I don’t even understand how that even happens. Aren’t they manufactured based on specs…

Great product fast shipment

Measured them with my 6.5R and I got the UVI output I needed. I was a bit concerned because there is something loose inside but they work anyway.

T5 bulbs are supposed to last between 6 months to a year. Mine hardly lasted 2 months before it burned out and short of removing my one functional bulb (which I can’t do because my reptile needs it) and shipping both back at my expense for a refund, Amazon wouldn’t do anything about it

Only one light worked out of the two. Not happy.
