lawnmowers is this good to keep the system clean while using it and not just when storing it?

I've been using it in all the fuels for my mower, 2-stroke mixes, and my motorcycle and all three have been surprisingly clean, especially the two stroke motors.

Is this to be used prior to an oil change?

If it's like 500 miles before an oil change, that's OK. You can also use after an oil change, but TECHRON recommends NOT to use more than twice during a new oil change. I use during the last 500 miles (whole bottle) on near empty tank & run the car until the reserve light comes on. Been using this for at least 20 years. If the car runs rough, you can pour in a bottle twice, like every 2,500 miles, or repeat the process, whichever you want to do. For best results, try & do as much highway driving after pouring in & make sure to drive at least 5-10 miles to get it up in the lines & all before turning the engine off. Since you're going to be at the gas station & pouring in before refilling the tank, this is a good time. Good Luck!

What is the ratio of additive to fuel? Can it be used in nonethanol fuel?

1 oz per 10 gallons. It can be used in nonethanol fuel.

Can you reseal the 20 oz bottle and use the rest later?

You can't physically reseal the paper tab, but yes you can screw the cap back on & it will keep it sealed for later use. However, this will not guarantee the same 5 year shelf life.
