I took the product (2 capsules) for 2 weeks and noticed a difference in my energy level. My joints also do not feel as sore as before. However, I causes me to have loose stools...

This is a good product, but I’m not sure why Amazon asked me how effective it is for pain relief in the questionnaire for the review, because I would def not advise this product for pain relief. But I think this is more Amazon’s fault than tru niagen’s fault because Amazon is a very power hungry company that propagates white supremacy and hatred. They also are extremely manipulative and use tax havens to keep themselves from having to pay their taxes. Anyways, tru niagen is a great product because the extra NAD+ can really help with regards to giving your cells the energy they need. I prefer this to taking caffeine because you can still sleep when you need to sleep when you take this product. I do think it is a bit pricey and miss when the product was cheaper, but I still buy it for now and would recommend this to others.

I'm 28 but have the energy of an adolescent. I am always going. I don't think twice to lift very heavy things with my skinny arms and friends ask how I'm able to pick such heavy things up so easily. Really it's this supplement that's responsible. I used to get so tired in the middle of the day that I would fight just to stay awake. My brain used to be in a fog, hard to concentrate. I used to have a poor appetite. Now after taking niagen for a few months I don't even remember what tiredness is. I go a mile a minute. No aches or pains. My thinking is super sharp and quick. I have unparalled memory now compared to before this supplement. I can recall the most minute of details now. Not only that but my dreams are intense and dream recall has immensely improved. I also find my appetite has increased but my weight has gone down, so the food I do eat is not being converted to glycogen but instead being used more readily as it's consumed. Probably because NAD+ is what helps our body convert food into usable energy for all bodily functions. I am amazed at how much of a change Niagen has produced with consistent usage. Very impressed and won't go a day without this stuff.
