High quality and sturdy. I used to use these in restaurants all the time. For my purposes it's a good size, enough for bulk but will fit in the fridge easy enough. My lid is clear, not red like advertised but that's fine by me. Actually I think its better. I would repurchase in the future. This kind of plastic can crack if dropped but for the most part takes a great deal of abuse and should last a long time for the home cook

It’s very large and has great storage capacity. I bought this for Bulk ferments and it does the job beautifully. If storing in your fridge it’s quite tall, so you will need to rearrange shelves. I had bought them in hopes of multi purpose item to use as a sous vide container. But personally found it wasn’t a good use for that.
