If this is aged in American Oak where is it actually made?

Aged 20 yrs in Spain. Love the deep flavour it adds to my savoury meat and side dishes. I have not found anything that even comes close. I highly recommend it is definitely worth the money

The vinegar is made in the Andalucia region of southwestern Spain.
