Q: Is the color silver or white during the day? See two picture reviews, one of each. Thank you!

It looks more white unless it has a light shined at it, at which point it reflects back silver.

Q: Does this ship as a roll or flat? Saw several comments about roll being damaged.

Mine came rolled, smashed rolled unusable.

Q: This says it can be put on vehicles, is this water/weather proof? Can it be used in outdoor applications?

I use my decals in the outdoor setting and they hold up well.

I do not see any other options. It comes 12 inches wide by 24 inches long. Any brand of vinyl I've used is 12 inches wide. You may need to cut to get 10 inches wide.
