My 5 year old has been playing with a kids Dr set so I bought her this so she could actually hear heartbeats and play like a real Dr. I wouldn't recommend this for any real medical use though, obviously you get what you pay for with this and it's definitely not good enough for real life use but for kids play it's perfect!
