Q: Does this phone need a landline or can it work solely with your cell phone?

Joanna - The VTech V112-27 will work without a landine as long as you pair your Bluetooth enabled cellphone. You can make and receive cellphone calls on the VS112-27. Thank you for your interest!

Q: Can we silence it at night when we go to bed

Hi - Yes, the VTech VS112-3 has Quiet Mode feature. When the feature is on, the telephone silences all sounds during the set period of time. Thank you for your interest!

Q: Does this phone connect to a landline, which I still use?

Q: When the phone rings and we answer, the caller cam hear us but we can’t hear them. Have tried everything! Anyone know how to fix?

JoAnn - We apologize if you are having issues with the VTech VS112-3. If the audio is poor, try to increase the volume on the handset by pressing the VOLUME button while on a call. Also make sure you are within range of the base unit and the mouthpiece is unobstructed. You can do a simple reset on your unit by unplugging the AC adapter, line cord and batteries on the handset for at least one (1) minute, re-plug and try it again. If this does not help, kindly contact our Customer Support for assistance. Thank you!
