Wife is very happy with her this new breakfast boost. She reports it has a yummy, rich chocolate taste that has no undertones or after taste. these little boxes are super functional for storage and save room in your fridge vs bigger plastic ones. they taste good, are easy to grab when i don’t have time for breakfast, and my days are always better and more energetic because it has vit d, vit b’s and folate. my appetite is curbed and i’m not hangry by lunch. definitely worth spending a little extra vs powder packets and a good value vs other brands.

Tastes great, high protein. Wonderful for someone who doesn’t or can’t eat a breakfast in the morning. Good for on the go as well. Satisfying and quick meal substitute.

Short Version: these taste good, keep me full enough not to want to snack, and saves me from spending $15 on breakfast & lunch outside in these streets. Long Version: Since I got RIFed from my Federal contracting job in late April I have been working 7 days a week - a 1099 solar panel sales job during the week and a pt time weekend concierge security job for a VIP lobbying firm - and I just don't have a lot of time to meal prep, so I got two cases of these protein shakes to take with me to work each day. I bring four with me every shift. Two for breakfast and two for lunch. And these keep me satiated the whole day. I make sure to drink plenty water in between so my kidneys won't clog up with all the protein and to help the fiber do it's job in my intestines. They taste good, and I was worried I would get the bubble guts when out walking the earth in this mid-Atlantic heat/humidity and I was absolutely fine. This saves me time and money. And isn't that a blessing?!
