Can memory be added to this unit or is it fixed?

It's not fixed. You can replace the 2x8GB DDR5-4800, but maximum to 2x16GB DDR5-4800 and you wouldn't notice to much difference.

The website says the product comes with an rtx 3050, but mine came with an amd radeon graphics card. if i purchase it again, will i get rtx 3050?

If you bought the same product (G513RC-IS74), it came with both AMD iGPU and GPU 3050@4GB 95W. By default it shows the integrated first, but you can confirm with GPU-Z or HWmonitor.
