Fantastic for car camping
We took a trip up to the mountains this winter using this tent with a large group of friends, and we were all in love with it.SetupFirst time setup it took us about 20-30 minutes to get it together, but we're a bunch of dumb dumbs. First time we broke it down it took us less than 10 minutes. I'm confident that the nextitme we set this up it would be under 10 minutes easily. The fact it comes with a rolling suitcase to fit it in was just icing on the cake.SpaceIt easily fit a large dog crate, 1 queen, 1 full size, 1 sleeping mat, all our luggage/hiking/camping gear. Unless you are very tall, you'll also be able to stand up straight without having to crouch. The door opening is also generous with an actual stiff hinge.DurabilityThis thing sustained some pretty strong gust through the night even without us doing the best job securing to the ground. No water got in and it held up perfect.Overall:Definitely recommend this tent for casual and comfortable car camping trips. Would be great for a family or group of friends.

Great tent
I love it. I am a recent widow (I hate that word). This tent is great for my dogs and me. I can put it up by myself, just takes a few extra minutes. I did add waterproofing to it.I have my raised queen bed inside with lots of room left. I use the little closet for my potty room!

So far so good
Initial setup went well and just for giggles went ahead and coated the rain fly and upper half with silicon coating. This tent is big. It's larger than we imagined but in a good way. Instructions were sub-par BUT the hardware is marked and easy enough to figure out so it's not that big of a deal. Getting a large tarp for this to sit on also. The water beading from the top of the tent seems to kick up mud and debris onto the sides so a tarp should help keep it clean. My OCD is happy so far.

The perfect tent
We bought this tent for our annual campout because our old one finally gave out. I did a lot of research on tents before purchasing this one and I was not disappointed at all. Not only is there ample room for my husband and I and our two dogs, including kennels, it was comfortable and cozy. The last night of our camping trip we had a pretty good rain storm complete with thunder and lightning. We stayed completely dry and never even felt the wind. The little closet area was perfect for putting our bags, or you could even use it to put the porta potty in.I highly recommend this fabulous tent. You can't go wrong with a Coleman.

NOT Fast Pitch, NOT Instant and most definitly NOT weather resistant
I would give this tent ZERO STARS if that was an option. I am very disappointed with Coleman as we usually have very good experience with their products. My family has been involved with scouts for many years and are very seasoned campers, so I guarantee you that this review is NOT based on lack of experience with tents.First off, this tent is not fast pitch or instant by any definition. All the poles have to be put together and inserted through the tent to assemble it, just like a standard tent. However, there are about twice as many poles, a spider junction, hinges, and other garbage that all have to be assembled each and every time you plan on using the tent.I could probably look past the false advertisement surrounding the setup of this tent, if that was not the only problem. Which leads me into the my second issue. An issue so infuriating that I am writing my very first product review EVER to make it known that this tent is the biggest piece of garbage on the face of the planet. While camping, a small rain shower came through over night. We were expecting some rain but we were not worried because we bought a Coleman tent with "weathertec". BIG MISTAKE. The water came in the corners. The water came in around the doors and windows. The water came in anywhere that the water could come in. This created puddles inside the tent, soaking everything that we thought we were going to keep dry. Our air mattresses were soaked and we were ringing water out of our clean clothes. With nothing dry to wear and no sleep, we had to leave the camping trip early and take our scouts home. I should have just stuck with my cheap tent that didn't have any of the fancy labels or brands. It may not have been the best, but it at least kept us dry.

Not exactly waterproof, but close
Fair size (though 2 queen beds would take up 95% of usable space and leave you nowhere to walk in), I like the closet, and the room divider. Sturdy enough that it withstood a serious thunderstorm without falling over (though I spent the night worried that it would), but not exactly waterproof. There were surely some decent puddles inside afterward. Thankfully it was on our last day.Door zipper is finicky and gets stuck easily.Huge pain in the ass to roll back up tightly enough to fit back into the container thing, but I do like the wheels on it once you do. Instructions are not helpful at all. They could take a note from ikea.I think for the price, there are likely better tents out there.

Awesome tent
Several nights of rain camping in the PNW and we stayed dry. Plus we didn’t even get condensation on the inside.

Bought this tent for camping this summer and it was perfect , lots of space , we are a family of 4 and we had plenty of space for everyone, easy to setup ( I set it up in the dark at night and it took me maybe 10 min)

Great Tent!
As with most tents, 8 person would be a tight fit. I have fit 7 people, with a bit of cramping. It's a GREAT tent for <400 dollars though. Easy to set up with two people, easy take-down, comes with a separation wall for inside the tent, has never leaked. I like it! The closet is kind of silly but turns out to be pretty handy for keeping backpacks in.

Lacking in quality but nice design
Set up was fairly easy the first time. We set it up in the yard and one of the stake loops came off in a light breeze. It appears as though it was glued but not sewn on. This loop was on the closet portion so we didn't cry over it.We took it on our first camping trip it was a good size. We had a queen mat and a small table with 2 chairs inside and it wasn't crowded. So it rained one night and after an hour us of moderate rain the water started to wick through the rain fly. After almost 3 hours, the inside of the tent was puddling. So we get home and set up the tent in the yard again to dry/clean it out and while setting up the closet portion, the loop for the pole that holds the closet out pops off. Again it appears like poor stitching. So overall, we loved the size, shape, set up of this tent. But, the quality seems to be lacking. Disappointing from a brand like Coleman. Unsure yet if we will try to return for a refund.

What a great tent!
This is a fantastic tent. I love the little “closet” in it. It’s large, and love the colour and the swing back door. We waterproofed it, and during heavy rains, we were still dry! Highly recommend

Falls Apart
I ended up going with this tent due to Coleman name and their brand. This tent is 2 years old and has completely fell apart. I had the cheap Ozark tent 5+ years and no issues but needed something bigger. So ended up with this tent. I would highly not recommend you wasting your money on this if you need a tent that will last.
